Especially unique to this particular series are the microslide top and bottom controls which independently operate separate burners for a customized, perfect outcome regardless of the food product. The exterior of the unit is built to last, with stainless steel construction and a completely welded frame. The unit features a heavy-duty angle iron frame, and 7-gauge legs ensure that the unit will retain its structural integrity over years in a demanding food service kitchen.
