Description
This variant of the Solstice™ Reduced Oil Volume Fryer System is an electric model featuring (3) fryers, including (2) 30 lb. oil capacity full tanks and (2) 15 lb. oil capacity twin tanks. It comes with computer controls with a push-button top-off, a built-in Solstice™ Filter Drawer System, fresh oil jug holder with a low jug indicator, and stainless steel construction for the tank, front, door, and sides. This system holds certifications for CE, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation.
