This Duke 982 display shelves’ self-service, one-sided, double-deck configuration measures 30¹/₈ inches wide by 18¹/₄ inches deep by 20 inches high and accommodates Aerohot and Thurmaduke steamtables and Heritage, EconoMate, and Aeroserv serving systems. The shelves’ ¹/₄-inch-thick tempered glass construction can hold prepackaged products, and for additional strength, the unit is framed with ³/₄-inch, square stainless steel tubes. To minimize the spread of germs when users serve themselves, glass guards are mounted on stainless brackets, while clear acrylic encases both ends of the unit.
