Description
The Crown Steam EC-10TW tilting kettle is great for preparing soups, stews, or other liquid meals that might be served at myriad restaurants. It has a steam jacket around the bottom 2a”3 of the container and can hold 10 gallons of product at a temperature between 165 and 285 degrees Fahrenheit. This kettle is made of stainless steel and has a stainless steel liner to provide defense against corrosion and scraping. If steam water levels get too low, a cut-off keeps the kettle from being damaged.
