This 47 1/2″ wide open top prep table from Everest Refrigeration provides 13 cubic feet of dependable cold holding space to streamline operations in your salad bar, deli, or restaurant. 16 gauge stainless steel ensures added durability, while (18) 1/6 sized pans give you the prep space you need to make a variety of your best selling salads.
The EOTP2 is equipped with 2 adjustable self closing doors with snap-in magnetic door gaskets that make cleaning and replacement an easy process. Frame heaters prevent exterior moisture build up, while a 2.5” thick high density polyurethane provides optimal insultation throughout the cabinet.
