The Robot Coupe BLIXER15 blender mixer comes with a 15-quart bowl constructed of stainless steel for durability. Since the bowl comes with a handle on each side, you can easily lift and transport the bowl. A central locking system is used to keep the bowl in place while product is being mixed. Three detachable blades have fine serrated edges for optimal blending and cutting of food. If you need to thin, thicken, or add ingredients to your mixture, the transparent lid comes with a central opening. A scraper arm and lid wiper on the Robot Coupe BLIXER15 blender mixer keeps product together so it will evenly mix.
