For consistent temperatures throughout the day, the Turbo Air TBP36-46FN-S full-service bakery display case is lined with a high-density polyurethane insulation and comes with a digital temperature control for convenient monitoring. Its self-contained refrigeration system enables effortless installation without the need for plumbing and runs on natural, R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerants. To reduce system failure that could lead to food spoilage, this model is self-cleaning with automatic, daily brushing of the condenser to remove dust and debris. Overall, this unit measures 353/8 inches long by 271/2 inches deep by 461/4 inches high and can be moved quickly with its 3-inch swivel casters, which can be locked to resist sliding.
