The Metro ML400 Mightylite? food pan carrier can hold 60 quarts of product in as many as six full-size pans. Its door opens 270 degrees for prompt loading and unloading; an 8¹/₂-inch by 5¹/₂-inch card holder on the door can be used to identify the carrier’s contents, so users don’t have to open it until necessary. This carrier’s 2-inch-thick expanded polypropylene walls are durable, withstand impacts, and provide thermal protection that maintains food-safe temperatures for more than 5 hours.

This Metro ML400 Mightylite food pan carrier only weighs 11³/₁₀ pounds and has eight integrated top and side handles for versatile, comfortable, easy transport. Mightylite carriers are intended to be stackable so they can be stored in a compact footprint. The box comes with a wire caddy that can be used to organize quart-size containers and supplies, or hold hot or cold packs to extend food holding times. This wire caddy’s epoxy coating protects it from corrosion and dings.
